Philosophy

Managed by a real estate investor, for real estate investors.

Fredrick Management believes good ownership, good management, good properties, and good tenants create stronger long-term performance.

That is why the company is selective. Not arrogant. Aligned. Brent manages properties the way he manages his own portfolio, with attention to condition, tenant quality, occupancy, revenue, and long-term value.

Owners receive clear communication, disciplined operations, and a manager who understands the decisions investors actually face.

Our management approach targets 95%+ occupancy through proactive leasing, tenant retention, disciplined operations, and well-maintained properties. Occupancy results vary by property and market conditions.

Leasing is part of management — not a standalone service.

When a managed property needs a new tenant, Brent handles the full lifecycle: property readiness, marketing, prospect communication, showings, screening, lease execution, and move-in coordination.

Fredrick Management does not offer leasing-only or tenant placement without ongoing management. That keeps standards, communication, and accountability aligned from vacancy through occupancy.

The leasing fee

75% of first month's rent

Charged when a managed property is prepared, marketed, and leased to a new tenant. Vendor labor, materials, and paid advertising are separate. Coordination carries 0% markup.

Current vacancies for managed properties are listed on the vacancies page, powered by ShowMojo for scheduling and pre-leasing automation.

Acquisition & liquidation

Grow or exit your portfolio with the right partners.

Brent can help clients acquire additional investment properties or liquidate assets they already own — residential, commercial, or mixed portfolios.

Transactions are handled through trusted broker partners, with Brent coordinating from an investor's perspective: asset condition, rental potential, ownership fit, and long-term strategy.

Whether you are looking to add units in Johnson County, expand into Jackson County neighborhoods, or sell a position in Cass County, start with a conversation about goals and timing.

Systems for efficiency. Experience for judgment.

Modern tools support lead intake, qualification, leasing workflows, communication, reporting, and follow-ups — including ShowMojo for pre-leasing and showing automation — so Brent can remain the experienced point of contact without administrative bloat.
